Re-authenticating email in myNightingale
Modified on: Fri, 9 Aug 2024 1:49 PMIf you receive either of the following error messages while trying to access email, on the myNightingale platform, please follow the steps below, or watch here.
1. Select the head & shoulders icon (upper right), then “Services”
2. Disconnect the “Office 365 Mail” option
3. Revoke token
4. Return back to the “Learners” dashboard & refresh the page
You should then be able to click on the email tile and reauthenticate to reestablish access to your email account.
