Re-authenticating email in myNightingale
If you receive either of the following error messages while trying to access email, on the myNightingale platform, please follow the steps below, or watch here.
1. Select the head & shoulders icon (upper right), then “Services”
2. Disconnect the “Office 365 Mail” option
3. Revoke token
4. Return back to the “Learners” dashboard & refresh the page
You should then be able to click on the email tile and reauthenticate to reestablish access to your email account.
